Director

Brad Hern is the central region director of human resources for Summit Materials – a leading aggregates-based construction materials company that supplies aggregates, cement, ready-mixed concrete and asphalt, and provides paving and other services. He is responsible for strategic and operational HR for the Midwest operating companies.

 

Brad has worked in the construction materials and services industry for over 28 years and has been a member of the Hamm Foundation Board since its inception in 1997.

 

In his free time, he enjoys golf, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Brad holds a bachelor's degree from Kansas State University.
