Patti Gil is a human resources representative for Martin Marietta—a leading supplier of construction aggregates and heavy building materials, with over 500 locations in the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean. In this role, she leads teams to execute HR initiatives within the Kansas City district.

She holds a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional title (SHRM-CP). Patti is an active national and local Jayhawk SHRM member.

In her free time Patti can be found outdoors hiking with her two children, golfing with her family, or volunteering at a local Harvesters food bank. She holds a bachelor's degree from Kansas State University and a Master of Business Administration from Fort Hays State University.
