Hamm Foundation Gifts $20,000 Donation to NCK Tech Endowment Association and Foundation

The Hamm Foundation is proud to announce a donation of $20,000 to the North Central Kansas (NCK) Tech Endowment Association and Foundation. This contribution marks a significant step towards supporting education and community development. The donation has been matched by the Dane G. Hanson Foundation, doubling its impact to a total of $40,000.

As part of their commitment to fostering growth and innovation in education, the Hamm Foundation has chosen NCK Tech Endowment Association and Foundation as a strategic partner to create a scholarship that will support students choosing a career path in the construction trades.

Stan Hambright, Director of Hamm Foundation, presents a $20,000 donation check to NCK Tech Endowment Association and Foundation, alongside NCK Tech President Eric Burks. A moment of collaboration, commitment, and community impact.

The Dane G. Hanson Foundation has further amplified the impact of this initiative by providing a 1:1 match for all donations received in 2023, up to a total of $150,000. This means that every dollar contributed to the NCK Tech Endowment Association and Foundation during the specified period will be matched by the Dane G. Hanson Foundation, effectively doubling the resources available to support education.

"We are thrilled to join forces with the NCK Tech Endowment Association and Foundation in their mission to empower students and enhance educational resources," said Stan Hambright, Director at Hamm Foundation. "The generous match by the Dane G. Hanson Foundation magnifies the impact of our contribution, allowing us to create a lasting and positive effect on the future of the workforce in our industry."

The matched funds will be invested in the "Action Fund for the Future," a strategic initiative aimed at catalyzing innovative programs, scholarships, and resources that will shape the future of education at NCK Tech. This fund will play a pivotal role in ensuring a dynamic and forward-thinking educational environment for students.

"This collaboration with the Hamm Foundation and the support from the Dane G. Hanson Foundation is a testament to the shared commitment to educational excellence," said Mendi Anschutz, Director of Advancement at NCK Tech Endowment Association and Foundation. "The matched funds will enable us to make significant strides in advancing our mission and providing transformative opportunities for our students."

The NCK Tech Endowment Association and Foundation expresses its deepest gratitude to the Hamm Foundation and the Dane G. Hanson Foundation for their visionary support. The impact of this collaboration will extend far beyond the immediate donation, fostering a legacy of educational empowerment and community enrichment.
