Who We Are & What We Do
Established in 1997, the Hamm Foundation is the only organization in the Midwest dedicating its resources solely towards transforming the infrastructure and construction industry by supporting its talent pipeline.
Cultivating innovation and educational opportunities with a focus on infrastructure and the construction industry.
We will create measurable community impact with increasingly diverse, innovative, and well-trained leaders for the infrastructure and construction industry's growth in the Midwest. Impact will happen through increased community support, meaningful partnerships with educators and institutions, and leveraged industry resources.
Serving on a Hamm Foundation committee or task force not only helps the Hamm Foundation fulfill its mission, but it also enhances your leadership skills and expands your network. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for information on how to volunteer. View separate committee pages to see the specific charge, timeline and current committee participants.
