Ramon Gonzalez is the Process Improvement Manager for Bettis Companies, a vertically integrated heavy highway construction and construction materials provider with locations throughout the Midwest.
 
Ramon brings more than 30 years of industry experience, including 25 years in management, to his role. His work focuses on process standardization, technology integration, and continuous improvement, while supporting sales and development strategies. He collaborates with leadership and cross-functional teams to align operations with strategic objectives and promote Bettis Companies’ core values.
 
Outside of work, Ramon enjoys being outdoors, spending time with family and friends, unwinding, and traveling. He is a lifelong resident of Perry, Kansas, a graduate of Perry-Lecompton High School, and holds a bachelor’s degree from Baker University.
